WNET Announces ALL ARTS Broadcast Channel & Artistic Director

The ALL ARTS broadcast channel and streaming platform were officially announced today. The full network, including the TV channel and OTT, will launch in January 28, 2019, so mark you calendars!

Jörn Weisbrodt has been named Artistic Director and will be helping to curate special events, develop an artist-in-residence initiative and conceptualize programming ideas. You can read all about his vision for his vision for ALL ARTS on allarts.org.

The Editorial Advisory Board was also revealed and includes some big names in arts and culture, including Anne Pasternak (Brooklyn Museum), Wendy Whelan (former New York City Ballet Principal Dancer) and Joe Polisi (former President of the Juilliard School), alongside Cliff Chenfeld (Razor & Tie and Kidz Bop), Erika Elliott (City Parks Foundation), Adrian Ellis (AEA Consulting), JiaJia Fei (The Jewish Museum), Karen Brooks Hopkins (Onassis Foundation and former President Emerita of Brooklyn Academy of Music), Kemi Ilesanmi (The Laundromat Project), James King (Harlem Stage), Jimmy Moffat (Art + Commerce and Red Hook Labs), Scott Schwartz (Bay Street Theater), Jeffrey Seller (Adventureland, LLC.) and Limor Tomer (Metropolitan Museum of Art).
