This study involves the ways in which people do/don't interact and the effects, both scial and economic to communities. For this reason, I have (inadvertently at first) learned a great deal about alcoholism, as it has turned out to be a major distructive force in community life. I understand the hopes to organize alcoholics for their own good - and couldn't agree more. However, this must be done very carefully to prevent negative fallout and backlash. I have been designing a community model to address alcoholism in a way never done before that would allow you to achieve this end. I am seeking a foundation interested in supporting this research so it can be completed, implemented, modified and replicated. Kudos to Bill Moyers and all involved! Best of luck to all of us who care and want to make a difference! Dianna Wuagneux, icaal@msn.com
