The individual who identifies himself as Ramsey posts nothing but personal diatribes against other people, usually in a screaming, hysterical tone. His allegations against others are laughable at best, and actionable slander at worst. Besides being extremely low-class, others have complained that these mindless rants have a chilling effect on other people joining the conversations for real discussion of issues. I would suggest that a major improvement could be made to these forums by either requiring him to follow ordinary standards of civil, intelligent conduct, or to eject him completely. He already would have been booted from most discussion forums on the net.
