The WNET Law department is looking for an intern. Responsibilities will include:
- Work with members of the Law Department to establish and implement a uniform file structure for the Document Management Software (DMS) and Corporate Records (CR).
- Assist in the development of an interim protocol for the distribution of fully-executed agreements; and where applicable lists of unsigned agreements with reporting requirements for distribution
- Assist with the identification of production agreements with reporting requirements for Revenue Administration
- Respond to requests from outside the Law Department which shall include:
- E-mailing scans of original signed agreements within the DMS
- Arrange for viewing of CR files (In order to maintain the integrity of the files, files may only be viewed by appointment in the Legal Library).
- Participate in the creation, development and implementation of a Contracts Management database
- Develop a schedule for periodic archiving of Law Department files
This position is part-time with flexible hours/days. This position is available immediately.
